Cheese Cake

Since the recipe was written in Chinese words, so i needed to translate all the ingredients name into english when i was in the bakery supply shop. Everything was fine but when it came to the last ingredient, the shop owner failed to catch what i am trying to tell her. I was just direct translated the word - plant type cream (植物性奶油) but the shop owner said there is no such thing. Then i tried to call and ask PY, she told me that it is called Topping Ace in English. The shop owner then only understood what i wish to get. I was so embarrassing!!! The total amount for all the ingredients were so costly, luckily i have brought extra money with me.
Then i started to bake the cake with the help from my mom. We have followed every single steps that written in the recipe - mashing the biscuits and mixed with the melted butter, melt the galatine and mix it with cheese cream, sugar, fresh milk and topping ace by using the mixer. When everything done, it has sent into the fridge for 2 hours. The cake is so delicious and i never thought i could bake the cheese cake by myself. Thanks PY for the recipe~
